Kyveli Papaioannou
Kyveli Papaioannou combines systemic thinking with the art of cooking, co-creating, together with Marianthi Karatza, the Systemic Cooking workshops, where food functions as a symbolic tool for understanding human relationships and personal transformation.
Her connection with the Athenian Institute of Anthropos (AKMA) began in 2001, through her own journey of personal development in group therapy and couples therapy.
She studied Business Administration at the University of Piraeus, holds an MBA in International Management from the University of Exeter, and a professional certification in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
She is a graduate of Counseling Psychology (Mediterranean College), an NLP Master Practitioner, and has been trained in Ericksonian hypnosis patterns.
With a professional background as a Brand Manager (D’Longhi, Unilever) and as the founder of Kyveli Patisseries, she introduced to the Greek market a line of authentic cheesecakes based on her own recipes.
In recent years, she has dedicated herself to initiatives that bridge food and psychology: Cooking Therapy workshops for children and adolescents, and collaborations with organizations such as Frosch Sportreisen, METAdrasi, and the association Together for Children.
She has authored four children's stories and an essay with autobiographical elements, inspired by the power of personal transformation.
