Cook the Day
Systemic Cooking Workshop for Social Inclusion and Personal Growth
let's cook the day the way you dream it!
About Cook the Day
The Systemic Cooking Workshop for Social Inclusion & Personal Development is a social initiative that uses cooking in a systemic way, as a means of connection, expression, and empowerment.
In each experiential workshop, ongoing groups are formed, connecting through personal sharing, reflection, and cooking, as they prepare their meal and share it together around the table.
Who Is It For

For Food Enthusiasts
not just for the taste, but for the magic of being together.
For those who want less chaos and more balance
who perhaps feel that something is missing and long for a simple, human connection.
For those who want to create something wonderful out of 'nothing'
so they can share it.
It all begins at the table
Where stories unfold, people reconnect with themselves, and relationships are gently rebuilt.
At Cook the Day, every workshop follows a shared methodology: cooking as an act of care, reflection, and connection.
Through hands-on, experiential sessions, each group, whether teens, older adults, professionals, or families, finds its own rhythm, its own needs, and a space to meet each other again: the table.
Workshops for Teenagers
At an age when everything is changing, the kitchen becomes a grounding space. These workshops offer a safe space for self-expression, connection, and the discovery of life skills through cooking.
We build self-esteem, strengthen collaboration, and open up new perspectives through creative joy.

Feeling inspired to create, express yourself, or cook with friends?
If you’d be interested in joining workshops designed especially for teens, let us know which days and times work best for you. We want to create something that truly inspires you.
Workshops for Seniors
Cooking gently bridges past memories and present moments.
Through familiar recipes, aromas, and shared stories, participants reconnect with their lives, exchange meaningful experiences, and find a renewed sense of belonging in a supportive community.

We want to design creative workshops that bring warmth and joy into your life.
If you're interested in cooking, connection, or discovering new experiences, we'd love to hear when and how it would be easiest for you to take part.
Workshops for Adults & Families
The table becomes a space for connection with yourself and with others. People seeking grounding, companionship, emotional support, or simply a little “space” in their daily lives find in the workshop a circle of safety and creativity. For parents, couples, and anyone who wants to care for others and be cared for.

Starting this September, our table is set for adults.

Workshops for Professional Teams
When the everyday routine becomes overwhelming, cooking can offer a breath of fresh air. These workshops focus on relaxation, teamwork, and helping teams recharge. They’re designed for groups within organizations, companies, or community services who are seeking renewal, connection, and creativity.

We design experiences for professional teams who are looking for new ways to connect.
If you're looking for a meaningful experience through cooking, let us know what would interest you and when. Together, we can create something that will strengthen your team.

The Story Behind Cook the Day
Cook the Day was born from a simple image: all of us gathered around a table, eating what we created together, sharing our thoughts, emotions, and needs.
Ears that truly listen with acceptance and understanding. Eyes that hold onto moments. Hands that connect through shared creation.
Flavors and aromas that become a memory we all carry.
Together with collaborators, we chose to create a space that is human, intentional, continuous, and simple.
Not as experts arriving to “help,” but as fellow travelers saying,
“Let’s make something together. Starting with whatever we have.”
