Marianthi Karatza
Marianthi Karatza is a Team & Leadership Facilitator, Partner at DOT Consulting, and a PhD candidate at the University of the Peloponnese. She holds a degree in Educational Technology & Digital Systems (University of Piraeus) and a Master's in Lifelong Learning (Open University, UK).
Marianthi has 20 years of experience in the design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs and human capital development initiatives across organizations and companies from a wide range of industries — including banking, pharmaceuticals, insurance, shipping, technology, start-ups, and NGOs. She has extensive consulting experience in Human Resources and has supported numerous leaders, teams, and organizations in their growth journeys.
She has participated in programs with organizations such as the Hellenic Open University, the General Confederation of Greek Workers, and the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises, contributing to the development and delivery of human resources training programs, train-the-trainer initiatives, educational materials, and innovative learning methods and experiences. She also collaborates with the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens’ Center for Continuing Education and Lifelong Learning (KEDIVIM/ LearnInn), focusing on conflict management topics.
She has been trained at the Athenian Institute of Anthropos (AKMA) and has participated in a variety of initiatives and group processes since 2005. She is a certified coach by the Diamond Power Index (Power Intelligence Coach & 360 DPI) and by Marshall Goldsmith’s Stakeholder Centered Coaching & 360 GLA.
She has authored articles in Greek and international scientific journals, as well as chapters in collective volumes on educational technology.
