let's cook the day the way we dream it!

Systemic Cooking Workshops

At the Athenian Institute of Anthropos (AKMA), we bring together the worlds of cooking and systemic thinking.

These hands-on workshops invite you to explore, around a shared table, the connection between cooking that nourishes the body and cooking that nurtures the heart and relationships. Through the act of cooking, ideas, dynamics, and questions naturally emerge, connecting you with systemic thinking and practice in a simple, human, and engaging way.

Discover the 3 Cycles of Systemic Cooking Workshops!
Each cycle offers a unique, standalone experience. You are welcome to join any cycle that sparks your interest. Νo prior participation is required.
