Exploring Our Eating Habits and the Bonds We Build Through Food

In recent years, our eating habits have been shifting. Some people eat alone more often, while others are rediscovering the joy of gathering around a table. Do you cook or order in?Do you eat with others or on your own? Do you miss the shared table, or do you enjoy your solitude?

Through this survey, we want to better understand:

  • How the ways we eat have evolved

  • Who or what is (consciously or unconsciously) involved in these changes

  • How food can become a reason for connection, or distance

  • The role of cooking in our daily lives, and the emotions it stirs: cooking for ourselves, with others, or for others

Your perspective matters.

The questionnaire is anonymous and takes just a few minutes to complete.

This survey is conducted as part of the Systemic Research Lab at the Athenian Institute of Anthropos (AKMA). It marks the beginning of a broader journey toward understanding food and human connection.
