Kyveli Papaioannou and Marianthi Karatza, drawing on the integrative strength of the Athenian Institute of Anthropos (AKMA), create a bridge between cooking and the way we think and work systemically.
This is an experiential workshop that invites us to explore, through the shared table of creation, the connection between cooking that nourishes the body and cooking that nourishes the heart and our relationships. Through the process of cooking, concepts, dynamics, and questions emerge, deeply rooted in systemic thinking and practice, in a simple, human, and lively way.

The first cycle of 5 sessions with the Systemic Cooking group filled our hearts and senses with memories, sharing, and steps toward our dream. The second cycle came as a natural continuation, forming a complete journey of ten meetings full of flavors, reflections, and human connections!
